Denise Fox to plead with Amy Mitchell in video message

Denise Fox will record a video message to try and lure Amy Mitchell back to Walford.

Amy disappeared earlier this week to be with Craig Ingram, a police officer who has been grooming her into believing they are in a relationship. Sean Slater and Jack Branning spent the night searching for the young woman. They return home in next week's episodes to update the family on their efforts.

Tension rises in the Slater household after the men learn that Max Branning gave Amy her inheritance money. Sean and Jack confront Max about the decision, leading to a heated argument between the family members.

Lily Slater provides a key lead for the search. She tells Sean and the rest of the family that Amy opened an online bank account using Charli's tablet. The group decides to hand this information to the police.

Meanwhile, Amy stays with Craig in a bedsit. She appears nervous in his company. Craig arranges for them to stay abroad, but his mood changes when he discovers the secret bank account has been frozen. He smacks Amy after realizing the money is no longer accessible.

Sean proposes the video idea as a new way to reach Amy. Denise Fox will appear in the recording to plead with the missing woman. Rob Kazinsky, who plays Sean, said returning to the character felt safe and calm. He described Sean as deeply human and noted that he is most protective of this specific role among his characters.

The family hopes the message will help locate Amy as they continue their search.
